This Refund Policy governs the purchase of the "Airbnb Hosting Mastery Programme" from AFFCASA PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Refund Eligibility:

As our program is a digital product, granting immediate access to proprietary content, our policy is structured around protecting intellectual property while allowing a fair review period.

A refund request will be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

1. The request is received within [7] days of the original date of purchase.
2. The User has NOT accessed more than [10%] of the course content (measured by video completion, downloaded materials, or access to locked modules).
3. The User has NOT downloaded any accompanying downloadable resources, templates, or e-books (if applicable).
4. The User has NOT participated in any live group calls or one-on-one coaching sessions (if applicable).

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be issued if:

👉 The request is made after the [7] day cooling-off period.
👉More than [10%] of the course material has been consumed/accessed.
👉You simply "change your mind" after the access or consumption limits have been crossed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must:

👉 "Include your full name, date of purchase, and the specific reason you are requesting a refund.
👉 We will review your usage data to confirm eligibility.
👉 If approved, we will notify you via email.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10-14 working days of approval.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account is controlled by your bank or payment provider.
